We accept returns for most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. In order to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The product must not have been assembled, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- You must have proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, which can be found in the confirmation email or through your Firstrapic Tables & Chairs account.
If the product meets these conditions, we will gladly accept your return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return due to health and safety reasons, including:
- Custom-made or personalized furniture
- Clearance items or products marked as non-returnable during the checkout process
- Gift cards and certain promotional items

3. How to Return an Item
Returning an item is easy! Simply follow the steps below:

4. Refund Process
